Position Overview
We are looking for a Graphic Designer with 2+ years of professional experience and a proven ability to provide exceptional customer support in a live chat pre-sales environment. In this role, you will combine your design expertise with customer service skills to help clients visualise their logo/design on our products by providing mock ups.
Key Responsibilities
Handle pre-sales inquiries via live chat, guiding customers through the customisation process.
Create product mock-ups based on customer requirements.
Provide expert advice on colour selection, placement, and customisation techniques (e.g., printing, embroidery).
Manage multiple chats simultaneously while delivering a superior customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills
2+ years of graphic design experience, with a portfolio showcasing mock-ups, logo designs, or customised products.
Previous experience in live chat or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
Strong written English communication skills with a focus on clear, concise, and professional responses.
Familiarity with printing and embroidery methods is an advantage.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure while multitasking.
