Role Overview:
This role supports the day-to-day operations of the business, known for providing high-quality vehicles tailored for both business and leisure travel. The Operations Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring smooth guest interactions, efficient vehicle management, and timely service delivery. The position demands a proactive individual with excellent organisational and communication skills to maintain high operational standards.

Job Responsibilities:
- Guest Communication: Respond to guest inquiries via designated communication channels. Manage and update procedures for vehicle drop-offs. Handle toll-related reimbursements and ensure timely resolution for guests.
- Driver Coordination: Organise and schedule drivers for airport transfers. Maintain a real-time view of driver availability to ensure seamless bookings.
- Vehicle Management: Ensure timely delivery of vehicles to guests. Coordinate regular servicing and maintenance of vehicles in advance. Manage claims related to accidents or other incidents.
- Reporting: Provide daily operational updates to the founder. Prepare and maintain reports on vehicle usage, service status, and claims.

Tools and Software Proficiency
- Experience with standard communication tools (e.g., email platforms, messaging apps).
- Basic familiarity with tools used for scheduling and reporting is advantageous.

Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the car rental or transportation industry.
- Familiarity with managing operational logistics and customer interactions.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and timeliness.

Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in the car rental, logistics, or transportation sector
