Role Overview:
This role combines high-level administrative support for the Managing Director with strategic marketing assistance. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner, enabling the Managing Director to focus on strategic priorities while contributing to the company’s go-to-market strategies. This position offers a unique opportunity to impact both the operational and marketing success of a pioneering technology company.

Job Responsibilities:
Executive Assistance
- Calendar and Email Management: Schedule and manage the Managing Director’s calendar, includingmeetings, appointments, and travel plans.
- Travel Arrangements: Organise domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and visa requirements.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Administrative Support: Handle tasks such as expense reports, document preparation, and officemanagement.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

Marketing
Go-to-Market Strategy Development:
- Brand Building: Develop and implement a cohesive brand identity across all marketing channels, including the website, social media, PR, and events.
- Content Marketing: Create high-quality content, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, and videos, to educate the market about the company’s technologies and solutions.
- Digital Marketing: Manage SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Lead Generation: Develop campaigns mainly using LinkedIn to attract and nurture potential customers.
- Sales Enablement: Provide marketing materials and tools for the sales team to engage effectively with prospects.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key marketing metrics and analyse data to optimise campaigns.

Tools and Software Proficiency
- Wix Expertise: Manage and maintain the company’s Wix website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimised for search engines.
- Pipedrive Proficiency: Establish and integrate the Pipedrive CRM system to track leads and optimise campaigns.
- OneDrive Integration: Manage marketing assets within OneDrive, ensuring efficient and secure sharing of materials.

Qualifications:
10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a senior executive, preferably in a fast-paced
environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
High level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
Extensive experience working with Wix website builder.
Extensive experience in using Pipedrive CRM.
Familiarity with OneDrive for business.
Proven track record with 5+ years experience in developing and executing successful marketing
campaigns for B2B technology companies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
