Full-Time | US Central Time Business Hours | Includes One Weekend Shift Per Month

Our real estate office is seeking a Transaction Coordinator to guide transactions seamlessly from contract to close. You’ll ensure our sellers have an exceptional experience, handle escrow documentation, schedule closings, and facilitate purchases of properties we acquire. You’ll work closely with title companies, ensuring offers and counteroffers are approved efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with title companies to move properties smoothly from contract to close.
- Coordinate with sellers and buyers, ensuring title companies receive all required documents.
Ensure clear titles are obtained for our properties.
- Work closely with the Disposition Department to sell acquired properties and uphold procedures throughout the transaction
process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with escrow officers and title companies.
- Organize and manage data and deal sheets using tools like Excel and Podio (our CRM).
- Support team members and ownership to improve workflow, communication, and tracking.
- Maintain reporting and documentation for all company activities.
- Be a team player who collaborates effectively with others.

Qualifications
- Required: Experience in real estate transaction coordination.
- Familiarity with titles, escrow processes, and mortgages is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping others.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel and web applications (e.g., Google Drive).
- Ability to quickly learn and utilize our CRM (Podio).
- Spanish language skills are a bonus but not required.

Must be detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
