Position Overview
We are a dynamic and fast-growing land-flipping company seeking a highly skilled Lead Manager (Inside Sales Representative) to join our team. This role focuses on managing high-value transactions ranging from $50K to $500K and is ideal for individuals with at least 5 years experience in real estate sales or high-ticket outbound sales.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in identifying land acquisition opportunities, building relationships with property owners, and negotiating deals to drive our business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement:
o Make daily outbound calls to potential sellers to identify and qualify land acquisition opportunities.

Negotiation & Sales:
o Execute a structured and scripted sales process to negotiate deals and communicate the value of our services.
o Provide real-time support to sellers during the sales process.
Property Research & Due Diligence:
o Gather and verify property details, including size, location, zoning, and ownership status.
o Use industry tools to comp properties and assess market values.
Relationship Building:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with potential sellers through consistent follow-up and exceptional communication.
o Manage leads through our CRM platform (Follow-up Boss), ensuring accurate records and timely follow-ups.
Performance Tracking:
o Meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
o Submit performance KPIs and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements
Experience:
o At least 5 years of outbound sales experience, including 2+ years in real estate or high-ticket sales.
o Proven success in BPO settings or similar environments managing complex, high-value transactions.
Skills:
o Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals confidently.
o Proficient in CRM platforms (Follow-up Boss) and communication tools.
o Comfortable using Google Workspace and other relevant software.
Attributes:
o Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
o Skilled at building rapport with diverse individuals and maintaining professional relationships.
o Able to handle multiple communication channels effectively.

• Experience in land investing or real estate comping.
