We’re looking for a motivated Instagram Cold DM Appointment Setter to join our team! Your role will be to reach out to potential clients via direct messages, build rapport, and set appointments for our sales team.

This is a remote position with flexible working hours—work anytime as long as you meet your KPIs!

Key Responsibilities:
- Send cold DMs to potential clients on Instagram following proven scripts.
- Engage in conversations to build interest and qualify leads.
- Set appointments with prospects for our sales team.
- Track daily outreach and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets.

Requirements:
- Strong written English and excellent communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a smartphone or computer.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or appointment setting is a plus (but not required).
- Willing to work 8 hours a day with flexible shifts as long as KPIs are met.
