Job Title: Sales Representative – Cold Calling and Appointment Setting

Location: Remote (Philippines-based candidates only)

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Hourly, based on experience

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Representative from the Philippines to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at cold calling, appointment setting, and maintaining a professional and engaging demeanor with prospects. A strong command of English with little to no accent is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to potential clients using a provided script or guidelines.
Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system.
Handle objections and questions from prospects professionally and confidently.
Conduct basic research on potential clients to tailor communication.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
Excellent spoken and written English with little to no accent.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain motivated.
Familiarity with CRM tools or ability to learn quickly.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for making calls.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:

Experience working remotely or with international teams.
Knowledge of sales techniques or customer relationship management.
Proficiency in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).
Work Hours:

8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time (PST)
Compensation:

Hourly rate, based on experience
