Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Home Care Scheduler to join our team. The Scheduler will play a key role in coordinating home care services by efficiently matching caregivers with clients, managing schedules, and ensuring seamless communication among all stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone with excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for supporting home care services.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule Coordination:
Match clients with appropriate caregivers based on their needs, preferences, and availability.
Create and maintain caregiver schedules, ensuring timely updates and adjustments as needed.
Address last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergencies promptly.
Communication:
Communicate schedules and changes clearly with caregivers and clients via phone,
Collaborate with the home care team to ensure all shifts are adequately staffed.
Record Management:
Maintain accurate records of schedules, client requirements, and caregiver availability.
Update scheduling software with real-time changes.
Problem-Solving:
Resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently while maintaining client satisfaction.
Anticipate potential gaps in coverage and take proactive measures to fill them.
Qualifications
Proficient in English language.
Proven experience in scheduling, coordination, or a similar administrative role (preferably in healthcare or home care).
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with home care services and caregiver roles is a plus.
