Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role involves managing multiple social media accounts, creating and optimizing marketing content, engaging with audiences, and executing email campaigns. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, is tech-savvy, and can independently manage marketing tasks while providing strategic input.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage and engage with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, etc.)

Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories

Respond to comments and messages professionally

Develop and execute social media ad campaigns

Analyze ad performance and optimize for the best results

Write and distribute newsletters and blog content

Create lead magnets for newsletter sign-ups

Develop email marketing strategies and promotional email templates

Coordinate with event speakers for marketing materials

Edit videos, sizzle reels, and promotional content

Manage and promote podcasts

Ensure consistent branding across all digital platforms

Identify and suggest improvements in marketing strategies



Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing

Strong copywriting and content creation skills

Ability to edit videos and create promotional content

Familiarity with running and analyzing social media ads

Experience with email marketing and automation

Organized, proactive, and deadline-driven

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with event marketing is a plus



Tools You Will Use ( Experience is a must ) :

GoHighLevel (GHL)

Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, etc.)

Video editing software



Working Hours:

Part-Time (20-29 hours per week)

9:30 AM - 5:30 PM Arizona Time (Flexibility required on rare occasions)

US Timezone (Graveyard Shift required if outside the US)

Positive and friendly attitude

Proactive problem-solver with creative thinking skills

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

Ability to follow up on tasks and meet deadlines

Interest in personal development, wellness, and event management is a plus



Non-Negotiables:

Screenshot and productivity tracker required

Work during US timezone hours (Graveyard shift for non-US applicants)
