Role Overview:
As the Customer Experience Manager, you will lead our customer engagement initiatives with a focus on managing social media, overseeing customer reviews, driving marketing strategies, and implementing SEO best practices to increase our online presence. Your role will be essential in creating exceptional customer experiences, building brand loyalty, and ensuring that BRB Relo stands out in the market for its customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management & SEO Integration: Develop, execute, and manage BRB Relo's social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), integrating SEO techniques to increase organic reach, engagement, and visibility.

Customer Reviews & Reputation Management: Monitor, respond to, and manage customer reviews and feedback across online platforms, using SEO-friendly responses to help enhance the company’s reputation and search engine ranking.

Marketing Strategy with SEO Focus: Lead and execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote our relocation services, incorporating SEO best practices to drive organic traffic to our website, increase lead generation, and enhance customer retention.

Content Creation & SEO Optimization: Curate SEO-optimized content for social media, blogs, and other marketing materials, ensuring that it aligns with trending keywords, customer interests, and search engine algorithms to improve website ranking.

Client Communication: Maintain consistent communication with clients through email, social media, and other platforms, ensuring a smooth, ongoing relationship while leveraging SEO strategies for online engagement.

Customer Insights & SEO Analytics: Collect and analyze customer feedback, reviews, and engagement metrics, alongside SEO performance data, to refine strategies and improve visibility across digital channels.

Brand Advocacy & SEO Strategy: Act as a brand ambassador for BRB Relo, ensuring that all social media posts, content, and reviews are optimized for search engines and reflect our mission of delivering exceptional service and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in customer experience management, social media management, SEO, or marketing is highly desirable. A background in relocation or service industries is a plus.

Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO strategies, content creation, and marketing best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion for customer service and brand advocacy.

Creativity & Innovation: Ability to think outside the box to create engaging, relevant content and campaigns that capture the attention of our audience while integrating SEO techniques for higher visibility.

Customer-Focused: A deep understanding of what drives customer satisfaction and an ability to incorporate this into strategies for customer engagement and retention.

SEO Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz) and the ability to apply SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.

Analytical Skills: Ability to assess social media, marketing, and SEO performance through metrics and adjust strategies accordingly for continued success.
