Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST/CST/EST - Monday to Friday. (Night Shift in PH time)
Work Duration: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Description/Information:
As a Business Development Administrator, you will support the business development, client relationship management, and revenue management growth team of various leaders and managers. The successful candidate will provide support to the team with duties that include managing BD calendars and preparing meeting materials, monitoring emails, and taking point on communications, documenting processes, and managing team deliverables and priorities. A successful candidate will have an excellent work ethic, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the BD team in carrying out day-to-day activities and ensure effective use of team’s time and productive interactions with internal staff, partners, and current/prospective clients by providing multi-faceted administrative support and assistance.
• Provide logistics, manage schedules, prepare meetings, and follow up on tasks.
• Attend meetings, capture notes, and circulate final copies of meeting minutes accordingly and in a timely manner
• Conduct research and prepare summaries and reports.
• Communicate with vendors by phone and by email to understand their needs.
• Updating the CRM database of actions taken within the vendor relationship.
• Build and promote. strong, long-lasting vendor relationships by partnering with them and understanding their available inventory.

Qualification:
• Excellent Communication skills (both oral and written)
• Strong relationship building skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• At least 1-2 years of business development administration or similar experience
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Strong LinkedIn experience (Sales Navigator)
• Customer-centric mindset to understand and meet needs of internal and external stakeholders
• Has reliable primary and back up tools for a full time remote role
