Position: Accountant/Bookkeeper (Full-Time, Remote)

Key Responsibilities:
Planning, Forecasting, Budgeting, and Analytics
Provide fast and accurate financial analysis and advice to business leaders
Predict the impact of potential decisions on cash flow and profitability
Assess and monitor the company’s overall financial health and investments
Build and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts
Create agile, integrated financial plans that account for multiple scenarios
Collaborate with departments to prepare and consolidate budgets
Align corporate strategy with execution and track performance
Identify and assess new revenue opportunities and risk

Clean up of books
Adjust entries and understand the tax implications
Assess book errors
Accounting/Bookkeeping Task

Required Qualifications:
-Demonstrated experience in US accounting or equivalent international accounting
-Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online and Desktop)
-Strong data analysis skills, particularly with Excel and Google Sheets
-Excellent English communication abilities
-Familiarity with accounting for LLCs, K-1s, and S-Corp tax filings (preferred but not required)
-Experience in personal income tax filing in the US (a plus)

Preferred Experience:

-Background in HVAC, solar, generators, roofing, foundations, or electrical work
-Experience in construction or contracting industries is highly desirable
