Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising,
• Collaborate with the coaching team to align marketing initiatives with coaching programs and events.
Content Creation & Brand Management:
• Create engaging content, including blogs, case studies, social media posts, newsletters, and videos, to showcase success stories and build brand authority.
• Manage and maintain ActionCOACH Columbus’s website, ensuring it is current, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communication platforms.
Lead Generation & Analytics:
• Design and execute lead-generation campaigns to attract potential clients.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, including ROI, website traffic, and conversion rates.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness based on data-driven insights.
Event Promotion & Community Engagement:
• Promote workshops, webinars, networking events, and other client engagement activities.
Qualifications:
Required Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in professional services or B2B environments.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, social media advertising,
• Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience with SEO and website management tools (e.g., WordPress).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with the business coaching industry or a strong interest in entrepreneurship and business development.
