Amazon Executive Assistant

Our company is in search of an Amazon Executive Assistant. We are a fast-growing multi-branded Amazon seller currently selling in the US, UK and EU. We are in the process of developing a lot of new products and preparing them for launch on Amazon. The person doing this role will be responsible for assisting with this process and ensuring that all of these products are perfectly optimized and displayed on Amazon.
This will include competitor and market analysis, helping identify new product opportunities, changing product descriptions, product groupings, product images, key words and fixing technical errors on Amazon's systems. This will also involve keyword research using in-house software, which will be trained.
The ideal candidate would have experience of working with Amazon through Seller Central and Amazon listing optimization, however this is not essential. For those wanting to go further, this position can grow and progress alongside our Amazon roles career.

Further details:
- Full time role (37.5-40 hours per week, Monday - Friday).
- Working hours 4:00pm - 00:30am (hours can be flexible for the right candidate, but must overlap with UK working hours).
- Salary (30-35k p/m).
- Long term position.
- English speaking.
- Must have personal computer access with good Wi-Fi connection and enough hardware capabilities.

Soft skills:
- Attention to detail and accuracy of work.
- Reliable
- Organised.
- Quick learner.
- Communication – prompt reply to messages during working hours

Hard skills:
- Google Suite and Microsoft Office competent - especially Excel
- Experience using research software preferred, but not essential, as training will be given.
- Experience with working on Amazon. Seller central experience preferred but not essential.
