JOB OVERVIEW

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct targeted outreach to property managers, real estate agents, and apartment complexes
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of B2B partnerships
Research and identify potential business partners in PA and target expansion markets
Create and deliver compelling presentations about our services
Track all interactions in CRM system
Provide weekly progress reports and updates
Schedule and coordinate follow-up meetings with promising leads
Maintain ongoing relationships with established partners
Required Qualifications:

2+ years B2B sales or business development experience
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong phone presence and confidence in cold calling
Experience with CRM systems
Ability to work US Eastern time business hours
Self-motivated with proven track record of consistent outreach
Bachelor's degree preferred
