No code app developed in MS Power Platform

What I'm looking for:
A simple app to be built in Microsoft Power App to be used for building semiautomatic eBay listings. Looking for the app for only one eBay category. What I want is the user to have a tablet with a camera tethered to it. The operator will take a set up pictures that will upload to google drive. The user will then input the name and there will be a few key specific items just as length, width, color, material etc. Each of those will have a drop-down menu they can quickly navigate through. When they click on upload after everything is chosen, it will update the excel file that's ready for eBay's bulk lister, but I always want it to build the title from the drop downs. All my titles are the same formula (brand, item, color, pattern, length, keywords). For the description I want it to copy the title and put in the first part of the description. Everything else in the description is generic info that is all the same. When I click on upload for eBay, I want the pictures to be pulled from the correct location.

There will be more work after this one is completed and working.
