JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Virtual Executive Assistant who can perform the roles of Social Media Manager & Course Developer and Personal Assistant. The Social Media Manager will oversee our social media presence across multiple platforms for our supported accommodation, coaching, and property businesses. In addition to managing our social media accounts, you will be responsible for developing engaging courses, masterclasses, and website content that reflect our brand and serve our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:
1. Manage and grow social media accounts for our supported accommodation, coaching, and property businesses
2. Create and curate engaging content tailored to each audience, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
3. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
4. Monitor and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
5. Assists in designing and developing online courses and masterclasses.

Online Course Development:
1. Collaborate with the team to create and maintain a user-friendly website that supports our course offerings.
2. Prepare course presentations.
3. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure content is relevant and impactful.

Executive/Administrative Assistant:
1. Schedule and organize meetings and appointments.
2. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages, ensuring timely responses.
3. Assist in managing projects by tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
4. Conduct research on various topics, summarize findings, and prepare reports or presentations.
5. Prepare agendas, transcribe meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
6. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and executive communications.
7. Act as a point of contact between key Management and staff members.
8. Organize and maintain files, documents, and records, both digital and physical.
9. Input and update data in various systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
10. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and basic bookkeeping such as handling invoicing, expense tracking, basic financial records management, administering shift schedules and payroll administration.
11. Coordinate schedules for team members, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.


Skills:
1. Strong writing and visual skills for creating engaging posts, graphics, and videos.
2. Proficiency in major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and understanding their best practices.
3. Ability to analyze social media metrics and generate reports to assess performance and ROI.
4. Skills in managing online communities, responding to comments, and fostering engagement.
5. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, platform changes, and audience preferences.
6. Basic skills in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are often helpful.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective interaction with executives and stakeholders.
8. Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
9. Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace) and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Trello).
10. Ability to maintain accuracy in tasks, especially when handling sensitive information or data entry.
11. Skill in managing one's time efficiently to meet deadlines and handle varying workloads.
12. Ability to identify issues and propose solutions proactively.
13. Capability to conduct research and analyze information effectively.
14. Proficiency in designing learning experiences and creating instructional materials.
15. Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard) for course delivery and management.
16. Ability to develop course outlines, learning objectives, and assessments aligned with educational standards.
17. Comfort with various software tools for course creation (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
18. Ability to gather and analyze information to create accurate and relevant content.
Experience:
19. Social Media Management: Previous experience managing social media accounts for brands, organizations, or personal projects.
20. Campaign Development: Experience in planning and executing social media campaigns.
21. Administrative Experience: Previous experience in administrative roles, particularly in executive support, is highly valuable.
22. Project Management Experience: Experience coordinating projects or managing timelines is advantageous.
23. Virtual Work Experience: Familiarity with remote work environments and best practices for virtual collaboration.
24. Course Development: Previous experience in developing and delivering educational content, whether in academic, corporate, or online settings.
25. Teaching or Training: Experience in teaching, training, or facilitating workshops can be beneficial.
