We’re looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant to grow with our two innovative companies.

We’re looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to help us create efficient systems and processes and support our growing team.

What You’ll Do
Accounting Support (Xero): Reconcile transactions and prepare financial reports each month. A strong understanding of Xero is essential.
Excel & Data Management: Maintain and enhance pricing and quoting spreadsheets with advanced Excel features. You'll also integrate pricing sheets into our quoting software.
System Development: Create workflows, systems, and flowcharts to improve business efficiency.

Email
Management: Handle emails professionally, leveraging tools like ChatGPT to draft and respond as needed.
Social Media Support: Schedule and manage social media posts (content will be provided).
Canva & Video Editing: Experience with Canva and basic video editing is a plus but can be learned.

Xero & Excel Proficiency: You’re skilled in Xero and Excel, with a solid understanding of formulas and data management.
Love for Learning: You enjoy picking up new skills and creating methodical, efficient work systems.
Team Player: You’re eager to contribute to the growth of two dynamic businesses while working remotely with a collaborative team.
Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in English and capable of managing professional correspondence.
