Creative AI Video Producer

We are seeking a Creative AI Video Producer to leverage cutting-edge AI tools like Runway and other advanced platforms for creating high-quality video content. This role focuses on developing consistent and cohesive videos while maintaining character continuity, scene integrity, and storytelling coherence using AI-based solutions. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with creative vision and a deep understanding of AI workflows.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Video Production with AI Tools:
- Use AI platforms such as Runway, Midjourney and others to generate videos with consistent characters, settings, and storylines.
- Develop, refine, and automate AI-driven video production pipelines.
- Experiment with generative AI tools to enhance video quality and innovate storytelling techniques.
2. Creative Development:
- Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize video content that aligns with brand and project objectives.
- Work with Producers to develop scripts, storyboards, and visual concepts tailored to AI production capabilities.
- Ensure that all videos have consistent aesthetics, character traits, and continuity across scenes.
3. Technical Expertise:
- Fine-tune AI-generated assets, including character design, animations, and scene rendering, for optimal quality.
- Train or customize AI models to reflect specific brand guidelines or creative briefs.
- Stay updated on emerging AI tools and workflows to improve efficiency and capabilities.
4. Quality Control:
- Maintain consistency in character appearances, settings, and overall video style across multiple iterations.
- Troubleshoot issues related to AI-generated outputs and resolve inconsistencies in visual or narrative elements.
- Conduct rigorous testing to ensure videos meet technical specifications and creative standards.
5. Collaboration and Feedback:
- Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to align video outputs with overall campaign strategies.
- Incorporate feedback into revisions to ensure final outputs exceed expectations.


Qualifications:
1. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Pika Labs, D-ID, DeepBrain, MidJourney for video concepts).
- Familiarity with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
- Experience with AI model customization, fine-tuning, and workflows for video production.
2. Creative Expertise:
- Strong storytelling and visual design skills, with the ability to create engaging, high-quality video content.
- Experience developing characters, narratives, and cohesive visual styles using AI tools.
3. Problem-Solving Abilities:
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot AI-generated outputs and optimize workflows for consistency.
- Adaptable mindset to experiment with and master new tools rapidly.
4. Educational Background:
- Degree in Media Production, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications or experience in AI applications for creative industries is a strong plus.
