# Role Overview
We are seeking a Media Buyer to join our team and take the lead in day-to-day campaign management. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing

# Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Execution & Management
Upload and manage new ads across
Monitor daily performance; scale winning ads and pause underperformers.
Ensure correct landing pages and UTMs are used for tracking.
2. Creative Analysis & Optimization
Collaborate with our creative team and use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to generate and refine ad creatives.
Evaluate key performance metrics (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, ROAS, etc.) to make data-driven decisions.
Recommend new test ideas and innovative creative angles to boost campaign performance.
3. Strategic Thinking
Think ahead and identify optimization opportunities proactively (e.g., test new ad formats, audiences, or creatives).
Maintain a structured approach to campaign scaling, budgeting, and goal setting.
4. AI-Powered Translations & Communication
While many of our clients are German-speaking, native-level German is not required—use AI tools to assist with translations.
Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams on Slack and through Loom videos.
5. Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with Account Managers, Creative Teams, and other Media Buyers for knowledge sharing.
Present weekly and monthly performance insights and recommendations.
# Qualifications & Skills
1. Experience: 2+ years in media buying or performance marketing, with a strong focus on

Proficiency with
Familiarity with tracking, pixels, landing page builders, and campaign optimization strategies.
Comfortable with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for creative brainstorming and translations.
3. Analytical Mindset: Capable of reading campaign data (hook rates, hold rates, CTR, etc.) and taking appropriate action to optimize.
4. Communication:
Effective written and verbal skills.
Experience with Slack and Loom (or willingness to learn).
Ability to work asynchronously and clearly document progress.
5. Language:
Internally all communication is in English. German is not required; AI-assisted translations will be used.
Excellent command of English (required).
6. Time Zone: Availability during typical working hours in Central European Time (CET).
