Key Responsibilities
Direct Booking & SEO
• Develop and implement strategies to increase direct bookings on our website.
• Optimize website content for SEO to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics.
Social Media Management
• Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram,
• Build and grow an online community, respond to comments, and foster brand loyalty.
• Track social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Influencer & Partnership Management
• Identify and collaborate with influencers and content creators to promote Stay in Nest properties.
• Manage influencer campaigns, including negotiations, contracts, and content approval.
Paid Advertising
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ads on Google,
• Analyze campaign performance and ROI, adjusting strategies to meet growth goals.
Marketing Strategy & Lead Growth
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase lead generation and guest acquisition.
• Identify new market opportunities and trends to enhance brand positioning.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, SEO, and
• Proven track record of managing successful paid ad campaigns and increasing direct bookings.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics,
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing and content creation.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Flexible to work during Pacific Time 7AM - 5PM and handle urgent guest needs, especially on weekends.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in the hospitality or short-term rental industry.
• Knowledge of website management tools like WordPress or Squarespace.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
