Key Responsibilities:
* Agent Transaction Coordination Support (CA TC support preferred)
* Creating Newsletters: Develop engaging newsletters for communication with clients and tea
* CRM Management: Oversee and manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
* Update Systems & Processes: Continuously improve and update real estate systems and processes for optimal efficiency.
* Lite Social Media Marketing: Implement social media marketing strategies to enhance the team's online presence.
* MLS Inputs: Ensure accurate and timely input of real estate listings and data into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
*Calendar Management: Manage calendar efficiently, coordinating appointments and scheduling meetings.
* Creating Flyers and Postcards: Develop visually appealing marketing materials for property listings.
* Scheduling Vendors: Coordinate with vendors for property-related services and maintain relationships.
* Creating Calendars for Clients: Develop customized calendars for clients related to property transactions.
* Creating Showing Sheets and Scheduling: Prepare showing sheets and schedule property viewings.
* Making Reservations: Handle reservations for various real estate-related activities.
* Ordering Gifts: Manage the process of ordering and delivering gifts for clients and tea
* Sourcing Things for Leadership: Procure necessary resources and materials for the leadership team.

Qualifications:
* Previous experience managing a real estate team.
* Extensive experience with project management tools.
* Ability to coordinate with clients, vendors, and tea
* Forward-thinking and detail-oriented.
* Independently work in a fast-paced environment.
* Transaction Coordination experience
