AI Developer - Agent builder

We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to create an automated system for identifying potential outreach targets on YouTube and social media.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in API integration, web scraping, email automation, and AI-driven content personalization. This system will support our business by sourcing leads and sending personalized outreach emails to creators in need of our creative services.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection and Filtering:

Develop a pipeline to source YouTube and Instagram accounts using APIs or web scraping tools.
Filter accounts based on specific criteria:
YouTube channels with 20,000 to 200,000 subscribers.
Social Media accounts with a similar follower range.
Extract and validate contact information such as email addresses.

AI-Powered Personalization:

Implement a natural language processing (NLP) model to analyze creators’ content (e.g., video descriptions, captions).
Generate personalized outreach sentences highlighting potential areas of improvement (e.g., editing quality).

Email Automation:

Use Gmail API or other email automation tools to send personalized emails programmatically.
Maintain logs of sent emails and response statuses.

System Deployment and Scalability:

Deploy the solution on a reliable cloud platform for continuous operation.
Optimize workflows to ensure scalability and minimal downtime.
Compliance and Security:

Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection regulations.
Safeguard all collected data with industry-standard security practices.
Required Skills and Experience
Programming Languages: Proficient in Python or JavaScript.

API Integration:
Hands-on experience with YouTube Data API and Instagram Graph API.
Familiarity with Gmail API for email automation.

Web Scraping:
Proficiency in tools like BeautifulSoup, Selenium, or Puppeteer.

AI and NLP:
Experience with natural language processing (e.g., OpenAI, spaCy, or Hugging Face).
Ability to analyze content and generate personalized recommendations.

Database Management:
Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases (e.g., SQLite, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).


Email Automation:
Experience with Gmail API or third-party services like SendGrid.

Cloud Platforms:
Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for deployment and hosting.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in developing lead generation or outreach systems.
