Title: Full-time Customer Care Specialist

Our client is seeking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Specialist to join their team. In this pivotal role, you will be the voice of the company, ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering loyalty, and maintaining our high standards of service. This role involves managing communication across 17 dealerships, making follow-up calls, managing Google reviews, and providing comprehensive customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Follow-Up:
Conduct up to 120 daily follow-up calls to clients post-vehicle service to assess satisfaction and address concerns.
Respond to SMS inquiries and ensure all internal surveys are submitted.
Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues raised during follow-up calls.

Data Management:
Maintain and update customer information accurately in the CRM and DMS systems.

Reporting:
Submit end-of-day (EOD) reports detailing call outcomes and updates.

Google Reviews Management:
Respond to all Google reviews across 17 dealerships promptly.
Escalate and manage negative reviews, ensuring they are tracked, resolved, and updated with appropriate responses.


Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in a customer service role or related field.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with attention to grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in data entry and maintaining detailed, accurate records.
Adaptability and ability to think creatively to address customer concerns.
Empathy and professionalism when handling customer feedback and concerns.

Preferred Skills:
Experience working with CRM or DMS systems.
Familiarity with managing and responding to Google reviews.
