We are Experienced Cold Caller and Virtual Assistant to Set Appointments.

Thank you so much for your many applications. We find it exciting that you have many years of VA experience. With this understanding, the requirements are enhanced.

If you have experience with auto repair or fleet maintenance software, please detail this in your application.
The objective for this VA position is to start with limited knowledge of the auto repair and fleet maintenance business. Each day build on that foundation and gain depth of understanding toward improved conversion rate. Many of our prospective shop owners will have questions about the product offerings. They will discus their needs.

Please provide:

1. Experience in thoroughly documenting your progress in CRM. You will need to set and track demo appointments in John’s calendar. Set follow-up tasks to your own calendar.
2. Your experience in warming up leads as email and or cell numbers are available. Talking about how you have improved conversion rates by sending information in advance of your phone call to the prospect.
3. In essay form your experience in gaining knowledge of the subject matter. Are you comfortable installing the software, consuming training videos, and anticipating questions. Provide examples of how your conversion rate improved as you gained knowledge.
4. A work sample audio recording
5. Speedtest screenshot

There are bonuses for:

1. Appointments booked that resulted in a sale
2. New discovered email address that is validated
3. New verified prospect owner cell number suitable for SMS campaign.

Expect the list to be small with a high conversion rate.

Appointments are B-B. Prospects are owners of auto repair shops and fleet maintenance.

Make introduction. With friendly conversation navigate to a decision maker who is usually the shop owner. Obtain the owners preferred email and cell number. Update in the CRM.

Outcome of your work is booked appointments entered into John Funkey's calendar.

Set tasks for yourself to follow-up with prospects.

Work involves reporting progress and performing other virtual assistant tasks through a proprietary CRM system.

Initially, is not necessary to have detailed knowledge of auto repair software. Do understand the pitch questions. Patience and availability are required to work with me on tuning the approach based on experience.

Prospects will expect fluent conversational English
