The role requires an individual who understands Amazon Seller Central and account maintenance. Someone who can process orders (Amazon, Shopify and more), update trackers and fullfill through our dropship team. This requires a high level of understanding process and products. Proficient level of English is an asset to ensure communication is thorough between our teams. In addition, customer service skills such as responding to inquiries, status updates and communicating with shipping company is required along with performing research of product catalog as needed.
Individual must be able to problem solve, find solutions and be proactive while being detail oriented. Small mistakes can cost large errors. We seek someone who can work independently with sufficient time and training. Knowledge and experience in Amazon arbitrage is ideal.
