For now, I need somebody that can do customer research for me (German language).

Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers effectively and help in reducing our refund rate. Ideal candidates should be able to work with foreign language using translation tools, possess excellent communication skills, and have a knack for problem-solving. Experience in customer service or support roles is a must. We give you good templates to use for reoccuring customer requests, but you should know whenyou should deviate from it.
