We’re in search of a Real Estate Virtual Assistant to take charge of key administrative duties, marketing initiatives, and client interactions. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing our workflows, so our agents can concentrate on what they do best—closing deals.
Responsibilities:
Admin Support: Handle
Lead Management: Track, follow up, and manage client/prospect databases.
Marketing: Create and schedule social media posts; manage property listings.
Transaction Coordination: Oversee paperwork from contract to closing; coordinate with agents and third parties.
Client Communication: Respond to inquiries and provide updates.
Market Research: Conduct property comparisons and trend analysis.
File Management: Organize and maintain digital files.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a real estate VA or in real estate operations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and real estate platforms (MLS, Zillow).
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
