The Role:
As a Sales Engagement Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. By leveraging Dashdot’s strategic marketing efforts, your role as a Sales Engagement Specialist, is to follow up with these leads; to qualify them and ensure they are a good fit for the sales team.
Your ability to build genuine relationships, understand client needs, and communicate Dashdot’s value proposition will be instrumental in achieving team goals.
Your Responsibilities:
Outbound Lead Generation: Leverage cold calling,
Personalized Communication: Craft tailored messaging that addresses specific client needs and challenges.
Lead Qualification: Assess interest, budget, and fit to ensure alignment with Dashdot’s solutions.
Appointment Scheduling: Set up high-quality meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Relationship Building: Build and nurture meaningful connections to keep leads engaged throughout the pipeline.
Data Management: Maintain precise and up-to-date records in the CRM system for transparency and tracking.
Performance Reporting: Generate insightful reports on lead generation activities and outcomes to guide strategy.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on industry trends and participate in regular training to enhance skills.
Goal Achievement: Consistently meet performance metrics, including a target of 100 dials per day and conversion goals.

Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in outbound lead generation or client engagement roles, with a proven ability to build connections and drive results.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engaging with clients effectively.
Proficiency in CRM systems and lead management platforms, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to thrive independently while meeting performance targets.
Familiarity with property investment or the Australian market is advantageous.
