Lux Markets is a cutting-edge data analytics SaaS platform tailored for emerging consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands. We specialize in helping brands streamline their operations, manage brand activations, and leverage actionable insights to grow their business. As we expand, we are seeking a skilled recruiter to help us find top-tier outbound sales representatives in the Philippines.

Job Responsibilities:

As the recruiter, you will:

Source and Attract Talent: Identify and attract experienced outbound sales representatives with expertise in CPG, real estate, and lead generation.

Candidate Screening: Review applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications against the outlined criteria.

Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust candidate pipeline using tools such as Pipedrive or similar CRMs.

Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with Lux Markets' leadership team to understand specific hiring needs and ensure alignment with company goals.

Facilitate the Hiring Process: Guide shortlisted candidates through the interview and onboarding processes.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience as a recruiter specializing in outbound sales roles, preferably in SaaS, CPG, or real estate sectors.

Strong familiarity with Pipedrive CRM or similar platforms.

Fluent or expert in English (written and spoken).

Understanding of lead generation processes and outbound sales strategies.

Ability to assess candidates' sales aptitude and CRM expertise effectively.

Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications for Outbound Sales Representative Role:

Weekly Hours: 10 hours per week.

Compensation: $5-7 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in outbound sales, with a strong track record in lead generation and meeting/exceeding sales targets.

Industry Knowledge: Background in real estate and CPG is highly preferred.

CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Pipedrive CRM is required.

Communication Skills: Fluent or expert-level English proficiency.

Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to manage leads, close deals, and drive revenue growth.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with modern sales tools and platforms.
