JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team! In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers across phone, email, and chat. You will assist with registration, address complaints and inquiries, provide detailed product and service information, take orders, and process returns or refunds as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver top-notch support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with account registration and resolve inquiries or complaints professionally.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Process orders, returns, and refunds efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills: Strong written and oral English proficiency, with polished phone and email etiquette.
Tech-savvy: Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Outlook, and ERP systems.
Experience: Minimum 2 years as a customer service representative, with verifiable references.
Education: College degree required.
Work Hours: Willing to work US business hours (EST, MT, or PST).

Internet Connection: A stable fiber internet connection with a reliable backup.
Equipment: Personal desktop or laptop.
Headset: USB-type headset with noise-cancellation.
Workspace: A quiet, distraction-free work environment is essential.
