- Monthly Base Pay: $400-$500 USD increase after one month probation period

### Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of appointment setting or related sales experience
- Strong phone presence and professional communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home office space
- Available during standard business hours
- Experience in the building services industry is a plus
