Amazon Storefront Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented FBM Amazon Storefront Manager to help manage and grow our Amazon storefront. This role requires a strong understanding of FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) operations and expertise in using AutoDS automation tools to optimize product sourcing, listing management, and order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in adding new products to Amazon, reducing costs, and improving operational efficiency through automation. If you are passionate about growing an e-commerce business and optimizing store performance, this is the role for you.


- Price Management: Adjust prices based on costs, competition, and Amazon fees, while ensuring healthy profit margins.
- Inventory & Order Management: Monitor inventory levels and prevent stockouts. Ensure seamless order fulfillment through AutoDS's automation tools, reducing manual effort and errors.
- Cost Reduction: Continuously review product costs, shipping fees, and supplier options to minimize expenses and improve profitability.
- Competitor Analysis: Regularly monitor competitor listings and adjust pricing and product offerings to remain competitive.
- Customer Service Support: Handle customer queries and feedback promptly to maintain high ratings and customer satisfaction.


Requirements:
- Proven experience managing an FBM Amazon storefront, including product research, listing optimization, and order fulfillment.
- Proficiency with AutoDS automation software for product import, pricing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon’s FBM processes and best practices.
- Ability to analyze product costs, pricing strategies, and supplier performance to optimize profitability.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience with product research tools is a plus
