JOB OVERVIEW

We're seeking a results-driven Appointment Setter to join our sales development team. In this role, you'll leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with decision-makers across multiple client accounts, converting cold prospects into qualified sales meetings.

## Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and research potential prospects matching client ideal customer profiles
- Craft personalized InMail messages that resonate with target prospects and generate interest
- Schedule and coordinate ZooUpgrade to see actual infoetings between prospects and account executives
- Track all prospecting activities and maintain accurate records in our CRM
- Meet or exceed monthly meeting booking quotas
- Provide regular performance reports and analytics to stakeholders

## Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales development, appointment setting, or similar role
- Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and InMail best practices
- Strong written communication skills with ability to craft compelling messages
- Experience managing multiple accounts/clients simultaneously
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Zoom
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills

## Preferred Qualifications
- Background in social selling techniques
- Experience with account-based marketing approaches
