Full-time Collections Officer

Job Title: Full-time Collections Officer
Work Schedule: 6:30AM - 3PM PhT

Industry: Australian Debt Collection Agency

Duties will be (but not limited to)
-Outbound calling
-Inbound calling
-Emailing both clients and debtors
-Payment negotiations and processing
-Investigative work
-Complaints and objection handling.

Essential Skills & Experience:
-With BPO experience especially with calls.
-Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
-The ability to 'think outside the box'.
-Willingness to learn and take on feedback.

Essential Criteria:
-Availability to work full-time.
-Ability to manage your own workload.
-Own internet. (at least 10mbps)
-Own computer. (Windows 10 and above)
-Noise cancelling headset for calls.
-Back up internet connection
-Laptop for back-up

Non-Essential Skills & Experience:
-Previous experience in a similar role
