This position is 100% remote.
What Success Looks Like
- Effective Request Management: All administrative requests are handled efficiently, with a focus on timely and accurate completion within 1-2 business days.
- Organized Administrative Support: Inbox management, file organization, and administrative projects are completed in a way that supports the team and ensures smooth operations.
- Accurate Platform Updates: Edits and updates to client teams within the training platform are completed with attention to detail and minimal errors.
Key Objectives
- Support CEO Platform by handling and tracking incoming requests and ensuring they are addressed promptly.
- Maintain an organized inbox for platform and SBU-related along with other administrative requests,
- Respond to inquiries within this inbox and escalate them as needed.
- Assist with editing and updating client information within the company’s training platform.
- Complete administrative tasks, such as receipt management, filing, and processing client purchases via the R3 inbox.
- Help maintain organized file systems, both digital and physical, to ensure documents are easy to access.
- Contribute to one-off projects that require administrative support, completing tasks as assigned by supervisors.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to support seamless collaboration on tasks and projects.
- Learn and adapt to company systems and processes to grow in efficiency and effectiveness over time.
Technical Competencies
- Basic Administrative Skills: Ability to manage daily administrative tasks, such as
- Training Platform Familiarity: Willingness to learn and manage updates within a client-facing platform.
- Time Management: Capable of prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on completing tasks with accuracy and thoroughness.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain orderly records and files, ensuring easy access when needed.
- Communication Skills: Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
- Technology Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other common office tools.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new systems and processes and adjust to shifting priorities.
