Virtual Admin Assistant (E-commerce & Social Media)

We are looking for strong candidates who can handle tasks independently and thrive in high-pressure environments. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, able to manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision, and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support
-Assist with general administrative tasks, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and handling e-paperwork.
-Prepare reports, line sheets, and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
-Maintain organized records and ensure accurate data entry.
-Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes.

Creative Content & Social Media
-Edit photos and videos using Adobe Photoshop (retouching) and Lightroom (color grading).
-Support TikTok content creation, including setting up and managing flash deals, video editing, and posting.
-Assist with onboarding products on TikTok Seller Center and creating engaging content strategies.

E-commerce & Sales Support
-Upload and manage product listings, descriptions, and imagery on Shopify, iShopChangi, and Shopee Singapore.
-Assist with onboarding on various e-commerce platforms, including extensive e-paperwork management.
-Create and maintain line sheets for product catalogs and sales presentations.
-Provide exceptional customer support by promptly addressing inquiries in a polite and professional manner.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in administrative roles, social media content creation, or e-commerce.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, and Lightroom.
-Strong skills in using Shopify, TikTok Seller Center, iShopChangi, and Shopee Singapore.
-Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Self-starter with a proactive attitude and willingness to handle tasks.

Preferred Skills:
-Expertise in creating TikTok flash deals and managing live selling events.
-Proficiency in retouching photos and color grading for optimized visual content.
-Experience with onboarding products and managing listings on iShopChangi and Shopee Singapore.
-Ability to write detailed SOPs for team processes and workflows.
-Reliable, with a high level of professionalism and accountability.
-Strong customer service skills, maintaining a respectful and professional demeanor at all times.
-High attention to detail and the ability to track daily tasks through time logs for performance metrics.
-Help solve API problems between Shopify and Lazada.
