We are looking for a skilled Support Specialist to join our Customer Success Management (CSM) team. If you're passionate about delivering top-notch support and enjoy problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
-Respond to incoming customer chats and
-Assist clients via
-Guide new customers through the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience.
-Address technical support questions related to our platform and integrations with partner platforms such as Google Ads and
-Provide ongoing customer service to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications:
-Strong service-oriented mindset and exceptional communication skills.
-Prior experience in providing support for SaaS applications is a must.
-At least 1 year of experience in PPC or digital marketing is an advantage.
-Familiarity with Google Ads and
-Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Intercom is an advantage.
