We are a growing Singapore-based coliving company currently operating close to 400 rooms across the country. Currently, we are looking for a highly committed and motivated, communicative and independent executive to join our Homey family. The job is basically to handle our expanding accounts. Detailed job description as follow:

*Answer, filter and close leads from website, platforms and campaigns
*Coordinate and negotiate on new leases as well as lease renewals
*Manage and maintain the company's brand image
*Design and create marketing materials including presentations, brochures and social media content
*Strategize on social media marketing and posting
*Update data spreadsheets and assist with marketing reports

This is a full-time position, at least 40-hour commitment each week. In addition to the base salary, we will pay additional incentives for each successful lease. As we want to put in our heart and soul to train the shortlisted candidate, we prefer someone who will be with us for the long-term and do not have other job or school commitment.
