Automations & Operations Expert

We’re looking for an Automations & Operations expert to play a critical role in optimizing and managing the technical backbone of our agency and client projects.

Role Overview:

As an Automations & Operations expert, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining workflows, systems, and automations that improve operational efficiency. You’ll work with tools & software's such as make.com, gohighlevel, google sheets, etc. to tackle technical challenges, process data, and create solutions that enhance both internal and client-facing operations.

Skills & Traits we need:

- Previous experience working in agencies or in service based businesses
- Advanced experience with automation tools (Make.com, Zapier)
- Advanced experience with gohighlevel & google sheets
- Ability to deeply understand how operations & processes are built to come up with the best solutions to automate them
- Ability to create reporting dashboard on platforms like google sheets using advanced formulas
- Ability to create and understand visual workflows and process diagrams
- Can map out systems, identify bottlenecks, constraints and create scalable solutions for business processes.
- Familiar with different agency department metrics and KPIs such as churn, close rate, show rate, booking rate, etc.
- Familiarity with CRMs and project management tools
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in a team-based setting
- Experience working in agencys or in service based businesses
- Willingness to learn & to keep educating themselves in new software & approaches so they can keep improving already optimized & non optimized operations
