We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support us as we grow. This role starts with part-time hours, with the potential to scale into a larger role as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

Course Management and Membership Support
• Organize and upload course content (videos, PDFs, slides) to platforms like Kajabi, Teachable, or Thinkific.
• Structure course modules and lessons based on provided outlines.
• Format and proofread lesson descriptions, scripts, and resources.
• Monitor course and membership site for issues and resolve customer inquiries.

Digital Marketing and Social Media
• Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
• Create and schedule posts, captions, and stories using Canva.
• Track social media performance metrics and provide reports.

Administrative Support
• Respond to client inquiries and manage email inboxes.
• Schedule appointments and maintain a shared calendar.
• Organize and maintain digital files on Google Drive.

Skills and Qualifications
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with course platforms (Kajabi, Thinkific, or similar).
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Drive, and email marketing platforms.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.

Bonus Skills (Not Required):
• Social media analytics or ad management experience.
• Podcast editing or basic audio editing skills.
