We are passionate about creating aesthetically stunning and engaging social media content that aligns with our clients' brands and goals. As we grow, we are looking for a talented Virtual Assistant to join our team and help elevate our social media presence.
Social Media Strategy & Marketing: Have a thorough understanding of social media marketing and strategy.
Social Media Content Creation: Design visually stunning graphics and templates for Instagram,
Brand Consistency: Follow and implement client-specific brand guidelines, including colors, fonts, brand voice and imagery.
Editorial Calendar Execution: Use ClickUp to access client editorial calendars and tasks.
SEO Copywriting: Write SEO-based captions and YouTube descriptions in English.
Approval Workflow: Upload designs to task descriptions in ClickUp for approval, make edits as requested, and update task statuses.
Content Scheduling: Use our scheduling platform to schedule approved posts across various social media platforms, ensuring proper optimization for each platform’s requirements.
Instagram Aesthetic Management: Regularly check Instagram grids to maintain cohesive branding and visually appealing layouts for all accounts.
Platform Optimization: Ensure content is designed in the correct sizes for each platform and is of the highest quality.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to support the team when needed, including simple data entry, task tracking, and communication with tea
Possible Lead Generation: help find and retain new clients.
