Telemarketer (Needs ASAP)

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a strong ability to handle objections.

Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Handle objections professionally and turn leads into sales or appointments.
Maintain and update CRM with call details and follow-ups.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Provide accurate information and answer customer inquiries.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns.

Job Requirements:
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
Excellent communication and persuasive skills (AUSTRALIAN SLANG proficiency required).
Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
Experience using CRM tools, Google Workspace, and VoIP software is a plus.
Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
