Key Responsibilities
Utilize online platforms and social media to identify and attract suitable candidates.
Write and post clear, engaging job descriptions to draw in top talent.
Conduct initial resume screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ skills and suitability.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific hiring needs.
Organize and facilitate interviews between candidates and clients.
Provide feedback and support to both candidates and clients to enhance their recruitment experience.
Track and report key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate conversion rates.

Requirements
Previous experience in online recruitment or talent acquisition.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and clients.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Familiarity with online recruitment tools.
