We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an International business development Sales Associate. You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales for our Global companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential businesses through various lead generation activities
Respond to inquiries and provide information about our business opportunities
Conduct initial screenings and interviews with potential companies
Coordinate franchise sales presentations and meetings
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with qualified prospects
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prospects in the CRM system
Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to attract potential franchisees
Qualifications:

Strong Sales and Communication is a MUST. Strong English skills a must.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Knowledge of the franchise industry and understanding of franchise sales processes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
