What you’ll be doing
1. Operations: From scaling a team of 1 to 50+, managing day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives, you’ll be the go-to for keeping everything running like clockwork.
2. Mentorship & Development: Help team members reach their potential by mentoring them and building the next generation of leaders within the company.
3. Collaboration: You’ll work hand-in-hand with founders and executives to make sure our operations align with the company’s big-picture goals and that communication flows smoothly across teams.
4. Performance Management: Set clear goals, track KPIs, and coach the team to hit their targets—while holding everyone accountable in a way that inspires growth.
5. HAVE FUN at our team building events in BGC with our Beverly Hills & Manila team. We're talking about haunted houses, yoga, muay thai, painting, korean bbq, rooftop happy hours, dancing, and karaoke!
