Here's what you'll do:

- Unearth hidden gems: Scour Alibaba.com and other sourcing platforms to identify high-quality manufacturers who can create compliant firearm accessories.
- Become a product innovation champion: Develop unique product ideas and specifications that cater to the hunting and law enforcement markets, keeping Amazon's selling policies in mind.
- Negotiate like a pro: Secure the best possible deals from manufacturers while ensuring quality, timely production, and compliance with Amazon's regulations.
- Facilitate communication between our team and factories overseas, ensuring smooth production coordination and adherence to Amazon's guidelines.
- Oversee sample development and production processes to maintain the highest quality standards and Amazon's compliance requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the Amazon-compliant firearm accessory market.

We're looking for someone who:

- Has at least 2 years of experience in sourcing, preferably within the firearms accessories industry.
- Has a proven ability to identify and develop unique, high-quality products that comply with Amazon's selling policies.
- Possesses strong negotiation and communication skills, with experience working with international suppliers.
- Is proficient in using Alibaba.com and other relevant sourcing platforms.
- Has a meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to quality control.
- Ideally has an understanding of import/export regulations related to firearm accessories.
- Shares a passion for the firearms industry and a strong understanding of hunting and law enforcement needs.
