Virtual Assistant Position – Full-Time Opportunity

We are looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant to support our organization. This position involves a variety of tasks, including:

Engaging with our members and prospects by providing excellent customer service.
Responding to inquiries about our services and making follow-up phone calls to warm prospects who have already inquired about our services (no cold lead calling required).
Managing social media accounts and YouTube marketing efforts.
Assisting with video editing for our channel and promotional reels.

Ideal Qualifications:

Experience in outbound calls or telemarketing (inbound experience is a bonus but not required).
Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
Familiarity with popular CRM software such as Keap, GHL, or Infusionsoft (a plus but not required).
Knowledge of social media marketing strategies and YouTube content management.
Basic video editing skills to create compelling content for our platforms.
Excellent customer service background and the ability to multi-task effectively.
