JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst responsible for collecting and cleaning data from digital marketing sources, mostly for Meta. You will build reports and dashboards to visualize the data and analyze the results for the marketing team. In addition to regular reporting, you'll also troubleshoot existing reports, update marketing materials, and perform other data analysis tasks as needed.

Salary Range:  PHP 65,000 - 85,000 per month

Core Tasks:

Collaborate with Creative Directors to analyze performance trends, plan weekly deliverables, and develop high-performing creatives
Monitor client accounts to ensure spend and performance goals are met
Communicate performance insights and trends clearly and effectively across departments
Leverage expertise in social media platforms, data mining, experimentation, and visualization to uncover actionable insights
Partner with clients to align on performance strategies, assist with media management, and drive growth initiatives
Support media buying efforts when needed
Build, maintain, and oversee user-friendly performance dashboards
Audit new accounts to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
Contribute to weekly and monthly performance reports and presentations
Requirements:

1+ years of experience in Data management tools (e.g., Tableau)
1+ years of experience in Direct-response advertising
1+ years of experience in Meta Ads Manager (experience with analyzing different campaign objectives and budgeting)
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other business tools
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Data Science, or a related field
Recent graveyard shift experience and amenable to work in EST

Nice-to-have:

Passion for social media and creative strategies
Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, SAS, R, SQL)
Advertising experience on platforms like TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat
Previous experience as a Media Buyer on platforms like Meta and TikTok
