Our mission is to bridge the gap between law enforcement and the communities they serve through impactful programs like the Citizens Police Education Program and the E.A.R. Model training.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Marketing Associate to join our team. This individual will be responsible for generating leads, securing clients, and driving growth for our educational programs and training services. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, proven marketing skills, and experience in cold calling and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote The Hughes Initiative's programs and services via
Conduct cold calls and outreach to potential clients, including police departments, police academies, educational institutions, and community organizations.
Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships.
Manage and grow client relationships to ensure continued engagement and satisfaction.
Create and manage marketing materials, campaigns, and digital content to enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate with the CEO and tea
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience in marketing and sales, particularly in cold calling and client acquisition.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using marketing tools, CRM software, and social media platforms is a plus.
